First eLabFTW User Meeting

We warmly invite all users of our eLabFTW instance to our first User Meeting! The meeting will give you the opportunity to connect with other users and the service team, share experiences, ask questions, and provide feedback and suggestions.

When: October 6, 1:00–3:30 p.m.

Where: Online via Zoom; access details will be provided after registration

Language: German

What to expect:

  • Introduction (30 min): Welcome and an update on the current framework and conditions of the HS-ITZ instance.

  • Exchange (45 min): Following a short introduction, you will have the opportunity to discuss the topics standardization through templates, automation with the API, and use in teaching with other users and the service team in breakout rooms.

  • Summary (15 min): We will come back together as a group to summarize the key insights and questions from the individual breakout rooms.

  • Discussion (30 min): After addressing some frequently asked questions, you will have the opportunity to ask any remaining questions and provide feedback and suggestions for the further development of the service

 

There will be a break of approximately 10 minutes after the introduction and another 10-minute break after the summary.
