Coffee Lecture: Image and video annotation with BIIGLE

Whether digital microscopy images or videos created by underwater robots - image data are an important tool for researching and monitoring habitats in numerous research fields. However, the evaluation of the data is laborious and time-consuming. BIIGLE is a web-based software for efficient manual analysis of image and video data. In addition to numerous tools for manual analysis, it also offers machine learning methods for automated support in this task.
