Online Git Workshops for Thuringian Researchers

The TKFDM together with the Competence Center Digital Research (zedif) offers workshops on version management with Git in May. There will be both a beginner and advanced workshop on version management in Git as well as an introductory workshop in GitLab.

The workshops take place online, are free of charge and are aimed at researchers from Thuringian institutions. A detailed description of the individual workshops as well as the possibility to register can be found here. Note for course registration you have to register at the qualification portal of the University of Jena in advance, if you do not have access there yet.

For an introduction to Git, you are welcome to watch our Coffee Lecture in advance. There you will get an insight into how to make your first steps with the software.
